Put the airpumps in a plastic bag as well and make them airtight, work colleague lost his goldfish after bombing the house, waiting for half a day and then turning the pumps back on, it had soaked into the fluffy stuff over the air intake.

Jennifer has just contacted me, she is at Alan's, he is ok but everything in the house was totaled. She is staying there to help out for a while.

I like the colour and patterns around the face - give them some time to settle Joe, if you were stuffed in a polybox and shipped I do not think you would be a good colour for a while, either! Lucky you got them today, you would have to wait even longer if they were not sent yesterday.

I think the sex is determined before they hatch, possibly by temperature, in some fish such as the Epiplatys and Psedepiplatys there is a tendency for older fish to produce a majority of male offspring (hence I have a tank full of mainly male dageti :-? )
