  1. Is it? Let me taste one...Ewww, eck bleah, yuck.
  2. Awww, I never get anything disgusting. I barely even get 1-2 spam emails a week.
  3. Green algae bubbles of bubble algae...Who'd have thought?
  4. Yeah, I think I'll give that a try. Although... I can see this resulting in me not having any power at all going to the light switch.
  5. Thank you captain obvious. That was my point.
  6. Or put it somewhere else. It is right above a light switch(Which is one of the reasons I thought to put it there in the first place) maybe I could tape the wires to the wires for it along with a rope or something, drag them back up into the attic, pull off the wires for the heat transfer kit and then drag the switch's wires back using the rope? Because, I haven't got a clue where they actually are travelling through the walls.
  7. You can't write me a 5 page love letter and then expect me to reply straight away! Give me time! "Email to " whoever seems like a very spammy subject line.
  8. That's like not eating steak because you have a pet cat.
  9. I don't think cutting holes in the wall, plastering and then repainting is an acceptable option.
  10. I might as well get an LED bulb for the flashlight I have. Oh, and it's only the LED that will last for 10,000 hours, the batteries in that headlamp won't last anywhere near that long.
  11. That would be a good idea, unfortunately, because I have about 3 inches of space between the dwang at the top of the wall and the roof...Well, my drill alone is far longer than that. Maybe if I drilled from the on top of the roof down?
  12. After climbing up and down into the attic a dozen times, removing 1 dead rat, getting covered with fiberglass insulation...I have discovered 2 things. 1. I can't install my heat transfer kit thermostat where I want because I can't get the wires down in the wall there is obviously a crosspiece between the studs in the way. 2. An Energizer Rechargable flashlight, when crawling around in a pitch black attic with no alternative lightsource, gives you 10 seconds between the light dimming and totally going out.
  13. That's only a problem if you have a thermostat that lets the temp fluctuate too much. A near instant 1° change isn't going to hurt them.
  14. Are you saying the heater is set at 22 degrees because that's what the dial on the heater reads? If so, ignore the reading on the heater. A pile of bullcrap would describe them as being full of ****. Turn it down a bit and see where the temp actually ends up.
  15. Haha, "That tank is totally unsuitable for XXXX fish, here let's replace it with YYYY fish where the tank is just as unsuitable." That being said, I think the top of the goldfish's range and the bottom of bristlenoses and plecos ranges do overlap. So it's not totally impossible to have them together.
  16. That's a great idea if you like floods, otherwise it's horrible.
  17. You could drill a hole in the bottom of the tank instead. Or google hang on back overflow.
  18. Oh, yeah...I was named "TwoHedWlf" at birth...
  19. I'm named after a terrorist organization and a retirement account.
  20. Definitely looks like a red devil to me.
  21. Cardinals are bigger, maybe?
  22. Why waste your money buying new sponges? If the sponge isn't falling apart it doesn't need to be replaced. Rinse it out and it's good as new. Unless you don't have anything better to spend your money on.
  23. Nothing really inherently different between a freshwater and marine sump. Just a marine sump tends to have more gear in it.
  24. Yes, but people continue to be wrong.
