  1. Dig your fingernail into the silicone to see if it is still soft. Our 4ft tank was used as a wardrobe/dump site for about 5 years before it was set up as a tank
  2. This is a very old recipe originally called 1/2 hour chocolate steam pudding (and it also is self-saucing) but I found it does very well in the microwave... Chocolate Steam Pudding 1C flour 3/4C sugar 1 tsp baking soda 2 tsp cream of tartar 2Tbs cocoa Mix the above ingredients together with enough milk to make a soft dough. (I do it in a medium Tupperware bowl so then I don't have to pour it into another to cook - less dishes) Sauce - Mix in a jug; 2 tsp golden syrup 1/4C sugar 2oz (60g?) butter 1C boiling water Pour the sauce mix over the dough then microwave on High 7 minutes.
  3. If you're plastered that might explain the lack of job offers   Good luck!

  7. Fluffy is a fungus, the result of a secondary infection. It will have been damaged underneath.
  8. Hard to tell what the spot is in those pics. Is it solid or fluffy? I suspect, if solid, it is carp pox. This is harmless to the fish, very infectious, and sort of like goldfish warts.

  11. No as it takes a while for your club subscription to be processed then they send the capitation part of it on. You would get the Feb issue.

  14. Nope :-? But we did go on the MX5 outing and that was restful (even if it did involve more driving). We finished off the magazines when we got back. To get back on topic  ... We will be driving to conference next year 8)
  15. Magazines are all set to go to NZ Post in the morning.
  16. Sleep? What's that? Grant too is overworked at the moment. He has been working 66hr plus weeks for Downers (then comes home to do the computer work that backs up while he is called out) and travelled 2084kms in one week (and that doesn't include the 3,633 we did on the rally). Last week, from Tuesday morning to Saturday afternoon he did just over 1,700kms  He then came home and folded and stapled 300 AW magazines then today helped me finished addressing, bagging and stamping them.
