I have never kept a salt water tank in my life. I know how to do it/set-it up, water test. I know my chosen fish back to front and so on. Never kept any...

its a 250 liter tank. Seahorses are very slow movers and require more height then length. and they grow to arround 6''

well I got my 2ft cube from warren (big thanks) and this is my LOG for the set-up... What I want to do is have 5 pairs of the brazillian seahorse. going to have to convince a importer to bring some in, i dont mind waiting for them but really want them... so what type of equipment would you recomend for this set-up...

have moss growing on the rocks, some red plants in the middle sourrounded by smaller green plants.

did see dome on TM, going for high price too. Have a look around on TM and see what you get.

Feed them any floating flak. I use SERA foods and they are great! I mean you can get flakes that are designed for surface swimming fish, SERA do them when I am at the LFS next I will get the name. Anyway and floating pellet will work.

I find that Peat keeps the pH at arround 6.5-7 I would put your discus health before your guppys, guppys are hardy and cheap to replace. Discus how ever :bounce: up and down like a yoyo. You want to keep the pH steady and even when doing water changes so there isnt to much of a shock. Good Luck
