I had my Agassizi's at around 28 which I would have considered at the higher temp level and only ended up with 4 males from 40 to 50 fry, but temp does seem to be the accepted theory for male/female fry ratios although other factors such as ph etc are said to play some part..

Would prefer pickup as have no experience in sending live fish but if you can arrange pickup....

Definitely hard to ID fledglings as different species can look the same. Good luck with raising him or her livingart.

I would be very surprised if this was a long tailed cuckoo as they are a surprisingly large bird. Could it be a redpoll fledgling as they have similar markings when they are young? or maybe a skylark fledgling?. Looks slightly similar to this? http://www.teara.govt.nz/en/introduced-land-birds/10/3

I have removed 4 definite males from this lot and have a video of the other 30 odd... What do you guys think.. Males or Females? Hope you like the background music :lol:
