definitely go for the aro. i like davids setup with the aro, geos and plecos all fitting into the south american theme. a school of angel fish could also work on that theme, as well as firemouths. clown knife, fire eel, both great fish to have with aros as also growing into monsters... what kind of aro? maybe a jardini?

everything you need to know is contained within this forum. do some browsing, get familiar with the search function. if you want to be a pro a lot of it is trial and error. my only advise is to take all advise with a grain of salt. some people will give terrible advise, including fish shops. it's best you find stuff out for yourself from credible sources.

these guys unfortunately had their sprouting legs nibbled by fish while they were tadpoles. i now have 3 frogs with various bits missing. they can swim, and climb, but cant jump. i'll get some wingless fruit flies for them... unless any of you kind hearted folk want to adopt them and give them the extra attention they will require.............?

nice tank li@m! in other news. i just fed five big fat juicy snails to my blue tongue and he scoffed the lot, one by one, spitting out the shells. now he's fast asleep hehehe food coma 8)

i am considering putting my 4x2 foot glass blue tongue enclosure outside for summer. does anyone else keep them outside? i would be worried about it over heating and it not being cool enough in the shade. it would have a mesh lid and tarpoline cover if raining. ideas? i live in sunndy north shore auckland.

i pictured you living in the outback with a huge bit of land and no neighbours. but seeing the pic of the snake pits above it appears you live in a suburban area and you have neighbours right there! so i have to ask. what do your neighbours think about living next door to death snakes?
