I have heard Strata Loaches do a really good job. Yet to try it myself though. I have heaps of snails waiting to be munched.

START SELLING by the time you sell those you should be able to afford another tank very soon. :lol: Prices up here in Akl vary for the B/N from $5.95 to around $12.00 for the larger ones.

I am Kung Fu Master. I like to be in control of myself. I dislike crowds, especially crowds containing people trying to kill me. Even though I always win, I prefer to avoid fights if possible.

You can buy spirulina in a powdered form as well. you only need a little bit of it. Can be purchased from supermarket as well as health food shops

Using a Lettuce Leaf. Tried this over the weekend and my 4 bristlnose ate more lettuce than the snails did. Then again didn't see any snails on it. How have others fared with using lettuce?

The more clown loaches the better. I have 2 and the snails seem to be reproducing faster then what they eat.

Has he been near a tv recently? (ie at the time finding nemo was released on DVD/VHS) :-? He could be trying to copy nemo and friends in trying to block your filter and make their escape when you changed the water. :lol: Should call him NEMO
