Hi and welcome! There are quite a lot of fishkeepers from Palmy, so you're not the only one! What sort of tank / fish do you have? Post some pics!

They bred a couple of times but as the babies got to the free swimming stage the cardinals eat them up. They gave up on breeding eventually. Yes you do! It's awesome!

Java ferns are growing quickly! Had tonnes of BBA that is now dying off finally.

It would not put chlorine in the water. The Na and Cl disassociate. It puts Chloride in the water which bonds with the H3O+. The reduction in the pH will be so tiny it won't be measurable. Buffers would totally negate it.

Sun conure as a non aviary pet? Good luck :slfg: they're not the easiest pet that's for sure, and you'll need to be really consistent with its training. -
