  1. We are soon moving from Mt. Wellington to Waiuku and have a blue planet fish aquarium with two tropical fish that will be going with us. Does anybody know of any professional aquarium movers that we can get hold of who can move it all for us, as we are worried about our fishes safety, and would rather pay a professional than risk losing our fish. If anyone can point us in the right direction, it would be very much appreciated. Thanks.
  2. beardie as a baby from an animates store about six years ago. Would be keen to hear from you. Thanks.
  3. derrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr now that was a real blonde moment. lol
  4. 'clean out some old ones' do you mean bearded dragons? Sorry for ignorance.
  5. Im sorry my PM's aren't letting me see the message. Not sure what's wrong, but my email addy is [email protected]
  6. for his keep. Hi, is there anyone out there with experience with reptiles that would consider looking after a bearded dragon at there place for 3-6 months. It would need to be somewhere local. I live in Mt. Wellington. I would be happy to contribute to power, care and to pay for food. If anyone is interested please PM me and I will explain more. Thanks.
  7. All I can put it down to it being because the weather is so humid at the moment. Nothing has changed in the enclosure, in fact this summer there is more ventilation than previous summers, because, before it would get very hot in the enclosure, so I put a grill up over where the sliding glass door is, and have the sliding door partially open to get air into the enclosure all through the day.
  8. enclosure help get the humidity levels down in the enclosure? Thank you.
  9. Thank you for that. Would love to go see it.
  10. Where abouts is it? Would love to go have a look. Is it iin Auckland?
  11. I think that may be the end of tropical fish for me. I am 90% sure I will be giving my remaining three fish to smeone else to take care of. One moment I think about down sizing to a smaller aquarium for them to live in, then I change my mind again. Not too sure what to do about her aquarium as it is extremely heavy to shift. I have had tropical fish for many many years, but I feel my heart is no longer in it.
  12. Thank you for the lovely pic. I am going to print it out and keep it. I had her not quite 29 years, it was 28 years and 7 months. I have all these regrets, but I know they will pass. Looking at her home is very hard. She has seen so many fish come and go, so many changes. I am at a loss as to what to say next, except thank you all for caring about my beautiful awesome girl Sweety.
  13. i miss you my beautiful big girl. Thank you for so many precious years. Calypso misses you too. Watch over him Sweety from above. with all my love xxxx
