maybe do a water change it will come right i find scats can start getting a bit agressive with each other and a cloudy eye can be the result it usually comes right by itself but i do a waterchange to make sure

could be it needs a water change or a bit more disturbance on the surface uneaten food in tank, filter wool needs changing there are a few possibilities or it could just mean at the top of the tank next to the tank wall there is a line of small bubbles .

i blew 2 smaller gens trying to run my marine tank ended up hiring a 6kw, not cheap though those heaters can kick in at the same time heating is the big drain on the power
