    IME the wrigglers stay put with Dad until day 12/13 then they start to leave the cave. One or two probably find themselves outside the cave before they're ready but they would get scoffed pretty quick in most tanks.

    The things you can see in my pic are the empty egg cases of hatched wrigglers.

    Cheers That's what I do. They spawn happily in the Community tank and if I want to save any I just remove them as soon as they are free swimming.

    IME the black dots can be seen on day 5 and they hatch on day six.......not long to wait :bounce: :bounce:
