any idea how to get rid of it in a tropical tank

he is new to the tank and chasing the large clown loaches who are bigger than him they are all about 10-12cm why is he doing this, what can we do

the pet shop here said no bloodworm or brine shrimp is that right what do they eat african malawi cichlids

the male fighter builds a nest though its not big we put in the female and thats the end of the nest,it gets broken up and nothing left within minutes, how do we gwt a nest to stay there.
