I had some once. I kept them in a big planted community tank so I didn't see them much...

They use them in those CSI shows don't they?

I think I actually prefer the weta.... that centipede looking things looks creepy

Hollywood Mt Roskill had some nice firemouths when I went in there just before Christmas... I was tempted to get them as I've always liked them, but have resisted so far

What fry have you got? Livebearers? I use clove oil

oooh lucky, Melbourne is great for fish shops and the aquarium. I doubt you'd be able to bring ADA soil back into the country though.
