    He passed away last night &c:ry Got a sudden onset of finrot (?) and within 24hrs his fins had completely disolved and he died shortly after.

    This is what I use for my guppy fry and it works great - easy to maintain and doesnt take up space inside the tank too :thup:

    Im pooped! I've been working the Aqua Fun Days at the Botany Animates all weekend. Was dressed up in a salmon suit dancing non-stop :slfg:

    Wicked! They have the CUTEST baby red tiger oscars at the Botany animates! Really nice colouration. I reaaally want one! :love:

    The first and third pics are cool, but that albino in the middle is too extreme - it would be hard for him to get around I imagine :-?

    I'd say add a heater and raise the temp around 2 degrees every few days. It'll take a couple of weeks but shouldn't shock them. At the first sign of stress stop upping the temp and wait a week :thup:

    Do a 70% water change. Im not sure what could be wrong Are you able to take some tank water to animates to be tested?

    Thats a good amount. When you treat the water, do it in a bucket before you add it to the tank. Some ammonia needs to be there for cycling Pics of the pond please!! :spop:

    I had a job interview today and my cast comes off tomorrow :happy2: I hadnt even realised its been so cold This house is so insulated and my rooms so toasty with all the tanks in there that Ive been sleeping in a tshirt. Snow in Auckland would be wicked!
