  1. I think we've found your problem! With the filter turned off for so long, the bacteria would have died and now your tank is re-cycling. In which case it would be ammonia and you'll need to do much more frequent water changes for a few weeks otherwise all of your fish will start to show similar symptoms :nilly:
  2. That sounds okay. I'd do a 25% water change now to see if it helps. Hopefully someone knows what else it could be :dunno:
  3. Poor wee fishy! Keeping up with water changes? Red gills usually mean ammonia issues :smln:

  7. Thanks Joe! Never thought any of my tanks would be !drool: worthy  Yeap, this is the 165L. They've been digging around hunting baby snails and they nibble on the nurafin tablets I feed my other bottom dwellers, very cute! What do you feed your Sophia? After hearing about your poor loach passing I was super careful to pick nice plump ones, allthough they all looked nice and healthy I'm not sure if I'll keep them in this tank, they get kinda lost so I'm tempted to move them to my 34L in a few weeks. Will they be more comfortable in a smaller tank?
