    Yeah you cant trust them its so unstable. One day your fish is looking awesome then the next day marble joins the club and either slowly enhances or ruins your fishes looks. I'm just hoping the father wasnt the marble carrier as I've used him in my next spawn... I'm not really a marble fan at the best of times but this guy is freaking awesome! He is one marble I would love to own He looks like a koi in birdseye view. :love:

    They are pretty crazy. Lurking around in the gene pool. Wow that would have been a surpise. pictures picures! Ive noticed black runty starting to marble too :facepalm: a little white patch on his stomach, I hope it doesnt spread.

    Black Runty had a runt brother who was also nice and black. He looked like this except with missing ventrals. But then he started to marble...much to my dissapointment Eventually he lost all colour and I gave him to my friend. After the quake her tank split so she gave him back for me to look after while she fixed her tank. He has marbled again and turned into a decent looking fish

    The petshop once told me they would be fine in my tropical tank...they died :facepalm:

    That is pretty awesome, nice job.

    I just waited it out but after it gave a resonable jolt i decided to make a dive for my betta barracks (which are pretty much jars on a shelf) ready to catch them and scoop up any that land on the floor. Luckily they didnt need my assistance :nilly:

    i'm looking after my friends bent spined guppy. his spine is shaped like an M

    I just chuck my larvae straight into the tank...water and all.

    if kaimai is what i think it is (andesite) then it should be fine. its an igneous rock and doesnt contribute to the water conditions.

    My fighters love moths, they snap up the ones that fall into their tanks at night. they cant fit it all in their mouth so they just eat the abdomen and i get the fun task of fishing out mothwings and heads...

    how could anyone think that up and say "thats a great idea!" :facepalm: after the poor thing dies the children would be carrying around a decomposing carcass.

    I feed my fish aphids, they love them. I assume they would taste the same no matter what colour or life stage they are at
