If you ran a filter for up to 4 weeks on the old tank then it could be moved to the new and the same stocking level added with no ill effects.

We had the MX5 club at our house this afternoon for an afternoon of games and chat. We played Trivial Pursuit and some worked on my jigsaw. We also enjoyed a delicious afternoon tea. Grant missed it all as he got called out (AGAIN) and had to go to Murchison (2hrs drive each way) and didn't get back until half an hour after everyone had gone Last night I was at a Retro 50's Rock and Roll party.

You can never have too many books. My children were both encouraged to read and still do so as adults. Reading was a big part of our family life.

Sounds like you have a green oily surface scum :sml2: Has something changed recently, like the foods you are feeding? May be a buildup of phosphates from the fishfood? Try using paper towels laid across the surface to soak up the scum then reposition your filter outlets so you have more water surface disturbance.
