  1. lol grow some muscle and holding the bucket up there will be easy  OR put the bucket on the ground and put a powerhead with hose attached to it going to the tank and use a bowl that will point the water upwards when it hits the bottom of that bowl. Of coarse you will need to fill the first 10ltrs slowly with a cup. 8)
  2. I can see that is gonna look really good. I'd visit just to see the fish, and i'd have to buy some food too  Maybe you could have an outlet from a filter split to go either side of the wall. a good strong pump from the sump would work.
  3. Its ok, had to fit it in somehow
  4. Convict or guppy fry have worked well for me. how ever... live food can only be a treat. i feed live food once a week. if feed too much, they may end up refusing dried or frozen foods. Also white worms work well too and are easy to grow.
  5. lol its quite hard to drive it straight as its so light and small, it over turns easily. i was going to tie some food to it too
  6. Ok so the 2nd time around, they didn't seem to like it :-? and my camera work aint that great.
  7. Its ok to have one but anymore and they will be too aggressive when breeding or territorial towards each other
  8. lol my insurance company assured me that they would cover the cost of a tank if i accidentally drop it while moving it
  9. http://www.trademe.co.nz/Toys-models/Radio-control/Boats/auction-270963959.htm Ill take a video & post it soon. Its only 100mm long and completely sealed so i would say no to the camera although it would be cool if you could.
  10. Ive just got one of these aquarium submarines from TM for $10 I wasn't sure if it would stress my fish out or not but tried it and they hid for a minute or so and then came out and investigated it lol they follow it around and school around it and don't mind it at all its fun too.
  11. lol they are just sitting there reading the paper waiting for them  It would be good if the cameras here in NZ took as good quality pictures as that of our streets.
  12. It is ok in small amounts but you could take them out to increase the dosage and increase the chances of the removal of the whitespot.
  13. You are all Caarrraaazy   8)
  14. Start saving I don't think a dwarf cichlid would do so well. Maybe a slower growing cichlid. yellows are best at bringing shy fish out IMO but maybe only one until you get that 500ltr
  15. you need a bigger tank and put anything in there. questioning the survival of the tetras if you add more cichlids tho
  16. I would say 4x2x2 would be a small big tank  and up to 8-10ft being huge or really long.
  17. bahahahaha when i started reading it wooow but the end sorted it out lol. good one
  18. He looks sooo cool. How big do they get? and whats the price tag on them?
