Marine biologist says: Probably a VERY young black angel. The yellow and purple seems to suggest at least. would be interesting to see how they develop. The young black angel pictures you usually see are free-swimming juveniles seen by divers. Black angels lay in shallow weedy areas, so maybe you have hit upon a nursery?

For people speaking english: Replace "Full"/"fulling" above with "Fill" and "Filling" And good job btw too. Nice to see some good DIY skills. -
I usually dont advocate the use of chemicals, BUT! I had a similiar problem whereby i got a horrible black algae that covered EVERYTHING. not BB or stringy, just matted. I used a product made by API "aquarium pharmaceuticals" called "Algaefix". I dosed up the tank and over the next couple days it seemed to "lift off" the plants and i could easily scratch it off the leaves. I also Noticed the SAE would start eating it, and taking it off in lines! he couldn't do that before. Since then, the only algae I get are little green spots that I just rub off. The black stuff hasn't returned. I'm happy with it.

how long have you been living out of home? over 2 years and you can apply for a independant circumstances status whereby you say that your parents are not able to help you and wont help you (throwing in a white "we had a family dysfunction and now we hardly communicate at all" helps here, just to push the point, and this can be used even if your not away for 2 years yet.) That should get you the allowance, but you cant get allowance and living costs ($160/ wk on the loan). so it may become what is easier for you and what pays more. Brother should be the same. How many rooms are you living in? 350 is alot for anything less than a 3/4 bedrm place. and if you've got a spare room but not using it (cos your not allowed to) your putting money into the landlords pocket. May I suggest moving?

Get a computer with a inbuilt sattelite reciever and get freeview. Also, for the price, getting a big LCD monitor is cheaper than getting a big LCD "TV". + wireless mouse and keyboard = sussed Thats what I'm going to do soon.

yea, but humans can get sick off that too. Maybe the roasting process slows/stops it. However, I agree, best not find out the hard way that I was wrong...

Sorry to hear the news. Probably better to end the way it did, though it's never easy. We sell in-shell peanuts at sNew World in the produce section. But that might just be our one...

:bounce: :bounce: I would agree with that if that was the original statement...

Quantum physics and string theory are fine, the vibration theory you speak of is looking at the utmost infinately tiny particle theory that has so far been put forward and accepted by science (well, some parts of science). The vibrations of the string theory are on a scale that is beyond anything imaginable or measurable, if ther are any at all. being that these "strings" make up everything around us, to me, there are no *good* or *bad* vibrations. from the quantum mechanics view. Homeopathy works for some people, fine, theres no harm in that, but what I was meaning is, you can't expect people to blindly believe that just because something you experience/feel that it is the one true way, and everything else is "evil". There is an answer for everything. Maybe its that the answer is beyond us to be able to fathom, but there are laws that govern the universe, and multi-verses (if you subscribe to that theory too). prove to me in a factual and peer reviewed reference otherwise. Until then, I tend not to believe hype and mumbo jumbo, voodoo, witch doctors and sangoma, hippy, "one with the universe", "the one ring to rule them all" flower power, etc etc etc.... I have no problem with people having beliefs, but when they contrevene sound and proven physics and laws of the universe, and they start preaching, that gets my hackles up....

Your kidding, right? Here's a fun fact... Everything has a chemical equation and can be reproduced chemically. I had a natural remedy today, bought it at a chemist for less than $2. It's a natural derirative of the Salix sp. can you guess what it was? Aspirin... This is one example of the evil "artificial chemicals" that you talk about that have since been re-created in lab conditions for continuous supply and for safe dosing. Energy? cancelling Energy? The basic laws of physics state that energy cannot be cancelled, but merely changed from one form to another, and by Einstiens work, even into matter, but with the abscence of nuclear fusion, "energy" is not going to come from a mix of herbs and spices. Certainly certain plants contain a mix of CHEMICALS that can prove to be thereputic, and healing. But to use these safely, they are usually recreated compounds in a laboratory setting. example: Macropiper excelsum has a astringent in its leaves that is used to ward off insects, but also has a great numbing effect when chewed.... also known as Kawa Kawa... lately there has been much research into the availability to create a product for markets from Kawa kawa. As for cells not "able to absorb energy"... Did you do biology at school? ever? cells absorb CHEMICALS through a membrane that is activated by receptors (MORE CHEMICALS!) that are sensitive to hormones produced by our brain/kidneys/adrenal glands/ pancreas (MORE CHEMICALS!!!!!)

you can buy just solar panels off jaycar... 12v panel + car battery or even a motorbike wet-cell might work + 240v inverter + any normal pump you can imagine. then again, an extension lead dug in might make more sense and be cheaper

[co2 atmos]*volume in box + ([co2 breathed out]* volume of breath) / volume of box = tolal [co2] assume 2L lung capacity (on the large side) 5% would be 100ml CO2 by volume / breath divided by volume of box... say, what? 20 L or so? probably more? Increase of [co2] in box by 0.005% of [co2] by volume. plus atmospheric CO2. assuming that the extra 2l is part of the 20l box. I think I broke the internets... Now... if he were to continuously breathe the air in the box, then shut it.... youd still be left with ~10% increase in Co2 in a perfect container without escape, before he passed out... DO IT! and we want picture evidence...

only by a fraction. You exhale about 79% nitrogen, 15% oxygen and about 5% carbon dioxide. This does not take into account the water vapor or the other gases that make up a minor fraction of the atmosphere.

Wow, so a post that is in context of what was discussed is now off topic? I have plenty of stories, things that would blow your mind, but until you can reach around and pull your head out of your own orifice, and realise that your posting something on the freaking internet, whereby it is at scrutiny for the world. I have not said anything that is anywhere near debatatory, I merely offered a statement on my point of view. Thats what forums are for. Maybe you could tell us how the air is up there on your high horse? egotistical megalomaniacs and elitist psychopaths perhaps shouldn't start threads? hmmm???

lol! nice banner.... you got yourself a symbol too?? as for the actual OP... I have no idea, I imagine the more intense the light, the bushier the plant. as for actual wavelengths, would depend on the plant species. thats about all I can offer sorry....

Everything can be explained by science... Just maybe not by our current understanding of it.... Maybe never by our understanding...
