You should see the golden orb web spiders we had in SA. Web was so strong you could throw a rock at it and it would bounce out. Regularly caught sparrows and other small birds. Bite, whilst big, leaves a mark, and injects large amounts of venom, is not of medical significance to humans. These are the ones we used to collect The latest of thier kin.

Should deflate over time mark, The swim bladder is highly vascular, so, like a diver coming up from a deep dive, it will take time to disperse the extra air/O2 into the blood stream and then across the gills and out. this is especially hard in a aquarium where we have high oxygenation that slows the gradient. Does he de-flate after a while? If he was really stressed he would be inflated almost all the time. by the sounds of He is probably already re-covering. give it a couple more days and see if he fixes himself.

@ coelacanth: The only thing worse than a troll, is a troll that thinks that they are superior to every one else and sits on thier high horse glancing down on everyone. Then, when confronted, tries to diverge and dismiss the real fact that they have offended some people. Then, cannot simply apologise, but rather continue with thier megalomaniac and elitist remarks and putting down other members of the forum. If this is how you want to make your "Come-back", I think that you will find youself very much ousted and ignored. Indeed, whether you chose to let that affect you or not, is on your own head. I assume the remark you will make right about now is something along the lines that you don't care since "99% of [us] are morons" If you so believe that most of the people here are morons, let me direct you to the "X" at the top right of the screen.
