  1. im so jealous of chch now, all these fish shops, in tauranga theres animates and living waters, and a couple small petshops sell food and nets but no nice fish... but animates is definately the expensive choice... and i wasnt happy with the service either.

  8. hey there, im pauls partner in crime i spose, lol im also doing some of the breeding like paul mentioned, i got 2 female sailfins and 2 female white mollies atm in with a sailfin male (4:1, sometimes enough to make you wish you were a mollie... ) they all seem to have mated with the male and now im just waiting till they drop the fry (by then ill have the colours seperated in different breeder nets with java moss) playing darwin is soo much fun, so glad i took year 13 bio... :lol:

    Hey there, my names Chris and im a fishaholic, i was clean for about a year but now since Paul gave me 1 of his tanks i got it back worse than ever. lol i have always been interested in water and fish, so much so i hope to make a living off it one day, and am studying marine biology at polytech. atm i have ventured into a new idea with paul cross breeding species of mollies etc, and may well expand into further species. i have also got a few ideas that i will post around on getting more bang for your buck (being a student you have to pretty much!) so look out for them, other than that, from what i have seen there is a HUGE amount of info on here, and i cant wait to get stuck in and meet some fish heads like myself.
