as a glass merchant and out of real interest, why would anyone want an acrylic tank... what is the advantage please

I honestly dont belive that anyone should take advantage... I suppose the extreme case would be the people in south Auckland that use firearms to take advantage of someone that has a till full of cash Nup... the thing that we all need is pride and honor

Whetu Things like claiming GST back cant be done untill there is no hope of collecting the dept so there for if the creditor is wanting something back, its best he put "thing" into action as soon as possible. If they do a runner and go to Oz, it would mean they could never come back as they would/may be stopped from leaving again and may be called to answer many charges (or thats the way I understand it to be with a guy that did a runner on my company). This may well create problems in the future if their parents.brothers or sisters were to pass away and they may not be even able to come home for a funeral?

Tiri Tiri is great... forgot about that but go for lunch or dinner at the sky tower... foods good but to sit there and watch the views from the Great Barrier Island to the Manukau harbour is great. I take people there every time that havnt been up there before

I wouldnt bother with the mop untill you want the eggs to be honest. The eggs will need to be at about 20cel or higher. I float mine on the tank. No air is needed either when they are in egg form or even when the fry are growing for 2 to 4 weeks but when they go into larger tanks, it pays to have air. By all means put java moss in with the fry (I do for all fry Nothos included) but there is no advantage in putting it in with eggs( their not into gardnering) The Australe eggs will hatch in 14 to 20 days so again, if you dant want them, dont collect them

the mop needs to be made from acrylic or similar as woolen ones will rot. You may have disturbed them for 30 seconds as they are only doing what comes natural to them. Remove the eggs and place them in a container with a bit of Meth Blue. When breeding I feed them twice a day and rem ove eggs twice a day as well so that they are not hungry and therefore less chance of eating their eggs

basicly, if you can feel the scratch with your finger nails, its too deep

It would be cheaper to get a new hunk of glass Jewlers rouge is what we use in the trade but by the time you buy a wollen buff and a very slow rev drill to turn the buff, then spend at least 2 or 3 hours in polishing it, you need to ask your self if its really worth the effort

Our neibour use to feed the ducks. The smell was really bad as we live in standard 1/5th acre sections which is the area of most sections in citys about 30 years ago. One day the noise was really bad so we counted the ducks on the back yard and it was 289. That did not include the front lawn. Sorry but ducks dont do anything for me. Ducks are disease ridden and a pain in the rear end when people feed them. On Cats, My wife releases white doves at weddings, she was the first in NZ doing it (www.weddingwings.co.nz). Her biggest problem is other peoples cats. They come over and catch and kill her doves. The doves are locked away but you need to let them out to excersize and they atre out when they return home. They do not sit on roofs but cats stalk them and kill them. Why are other peoples cats our problem? Unfortunatly, people dont take responsbilty for their pets and even feeding ducks and the like can pose big problems for other people

Cricketman I think that can be best answerd by child abuse and child killings have increased as parents stopped disciplining their children.... smacking is not abuse and never will be. A person that did beat up their kids is still and always will beat them up. I have 3 daughters Corin (my eldest and a teacher 32yo) reacted well to me giveing her a lecture and that would have the required effect. Lizzette (a dental assistant 29) didnt care 2 hoots about the telling off or no TV or a smack but give her no dinner was her weak point and had the required effect. Shinal (17 and a good student, wants to be a midwife) didnt care about the lectures or TV or no dinner but she needed a smack every 6 weeks or so and she was perfect. Problem can be solved not allowing adults to have children untill they have a license.... after all, you need a license to drive dont you. Laws dont make for better parents as it is against the law to murder but every week people are murdered. Smacking is good for some kids just as a lecture or no dinner is good for others.

and your parents were good parents FF They taught you to be responsible and accountable Most parents realise that different kids need different punishments... some need a smack, some need to go without things they do, some only need to be growled at but all kids need to see what their actions have meant to their victoms
