Well, tank went on the stand last night @ about midnight, had to 1/2 destroy the stand, but oh well. Time to go to Plumbing World on Wednesday to try and get the sump sorted. Do I need to bother will a ball valve, or will I be better off just plumbing it in directly? And, standard PVC piping is sweet?

Any other fish that inhabit the top part of your tank will get very close to the pantadon's heart.

Buy some plumbing tape. avalible fron any hardware store. Put it TIGHTLY around the screw join, and problem should be fixed instantly

2nd hand, you would be looking at around $1000. Go with 2nd hand skimmer, lights, etc, but make sure you get new pumps, as if a pump fails, you loose everything....
