Sorrry not really familar with the filter. What changes are all good as long as it's not too much at once

10 gallons? You could probably change a bucket twice a week constantly without any problems, too much more and you start to lose some of the bacteria and the water parameters will be hard to keep constant. What sort of filter is it. Model no etc.

I would probably use slightly thicker polystyrine, 20mm ish, the rough texture will create pressure points.

I love the fact that the computer is on FNZAS :lol: :lol: Ceiling cavity doesn't sound bad, any space in the cupboards under the tank? Whats behind the curtains? If it's outside could you have it out there then pump it inside? How much beer is at stake?? :lol: :lol:

custom wood is really strong, just don't get it wet. Floors are made for it and thats says a lot.

You might find if you cut the whole back off it is acutally 50, There may be no need for MDF however if there is that sounds fine

I think its fesable. I would cut off the legs and put some 4x2 inside the cupboards vertically to add extra support. Looks nice.

I was going to suggest you try to catch them and then use them a live food for tropicals however; Taken from DOC site,may be more trouble than worth. What about just some comets?

What about a couple of those chineese koi carp? :lol: :lol: The great thing is they breed quite easierly as well. (did you mind having to pay a massive fine... can't remember?) :lol:

What sort of fish are they? They could just be fish that like the top level of the water, or there is something on the bottom scarying/chasing them to the top? ie the boogy monster or a aggressive fish

sorry to hear about you disaster(s), I hate even to lose a neo so it must suck big time for you, sorry. There is one possitive though, now you can always say, "atleast it's not as bad as the time my entire fishroom died" Hope you stick with it and don't give up

3 dozen!!!!! you must make small dim sim, or have a small cat :lol: :lol: Some RCDs can cost way less than $150 i think we got one for $30. Yeah, yeah you get what you pay for but we haven't had any problems with ours.
