supasi
Joe, Have you come across this site? http://photography-on-the.net/forum/index.php Great site where people will give advise and teach you how to improve picture. Macro lens are a whole new thing. I have a 100mm Macro and love it. Shame I dont really get the time to use it to its full potential though. I like your images so far but if I was to suggest one thing then that would be composition. The above images of the flowers would be great if they were not cropped. Joe
No I haven't seen that website before. Hahaha it's funny you should mention composition because that's exactly what I go for. Maybe our taste in composition differs a bit?

Caryl
I'm not a photographer but it seems to me I can see an improvement as you get the hang of the lens. I really like the first of those two pics.

Joe
Hey man nice pics! I am using the same camera as you but cant work out where to find the drivers to get them off the camera to my computer. Any ideas? :smot: Thanks Are you refering to the USB cable? It should come with the camera. Otherwise maybe go to a camera specialist shop (I'm sure they have something like that in Nelson) or Harvey Norman or something and see if they have/can order the USB cable for you  love the glass of water :cophot: Thank you

Hamstar99
Hey man nice pics! I am using the same camera as you but cant work out where to find the drivers to get them off the camera to my computer. Any ideas? :smot: Does your computer detect your camera when you plug it in? then select "copy images" or what ever. Otherwise use EOS Utility to take them off. Make sure its the right version for your camera.

If you don't want to install the Cannon software onto your PC, you could probably just take the media card out of the camera and use a card reader to get the images onto your PC.
