  1. lol, the tank belongs to Richard, he always has amazing groth, with no c02, and i dont think he uses ferts eather
  2. We understand your concerns but the change from TeAroha St to Dawson St was link house, we just had to move with them. As you stated, the venue at Dawson St was too small, and this oppertunaty came up...... i think we would of been fool not to take it......

  6. My kuhli loaches are always spawning, in the tops of a fine leafed stem plant (rotala i think) but i have once seen the eggs (when every other fish was eating them) and have never seen fry. They must spawn over night because they are normally at the top of the tank before i go to bead, and the females get very ripe with green eggs. I have plans to one day set up a small, heavly planted tank to have a good shot at spawning these guys. HTH

  8. I got my co2 up and running on tuesday and am seeing the results already 8)
  9. Easy, just take Heeeeeeeps of pics, and delete the crap ones. I tripod helps alot to but i dont always use one. Anyone else got pics to share?????

Ok, its about time someone started one of these for dwarf cichlids, i hear alot about Rams and apistos, but shurly people out there are keeping badis and other dwarfs Here are some of mine (some seen on other threads) Apistogramma Trifasciata: Apistogramma Agassizi: Apistogramma Macmasteri: Apistogramma Cacatuoides (AKA Cockatoo): Thats all i have for now but am always on the lookout for more 8)

    i think the flash makes it look the wrong color personally, when you see him in person he is more like the one without the flash. Helen just had to put my two cents worth in lol
  13. hay i wear underwaer and we havnt recieved our;s yet either. Never mind wok i no how you feel :-? Hopfully we get it today, well we better or i may have to go to the post office and start being annoying dam posties can't trust any of them. Helen

  17. I agree with jo and willy, your apistos will want a ph of 6-6.5, where as the african cichlids require a high ph (8+ from memory). HTH & Good luck
