Spirulina discs are good and JBL makes a similar product (forgot the name). My friend who breeds them just keeps them in a tank near a window and theres so much algae that you cant really see anything inside the tank and he doesnt even feed them.

I dont know if you can attach all plants to rocks or wood but you can use nylon fishing line. Some good plants to attach are java fern, java moss and some the anubias (spelling) varieties.

It all depends on the parents. Some will always eat their eggs but most will start to be better parents after a few spawnings. It may have been another fish that ate the eggs (if there are other fish in the tank) or they sometimes eat them when frightened. How many eggs depend on the size of the female, what shes being fed eg.

I think its a glass with colour. But Im no expert so I may be wrong.

I have a 2 foot tank with black glass on the bottom. It saves me having to put dark gravel in the tank so my appisto's show their best colours.

I knew that they were going to be aggresive but not at 5mm long.

Wel the little buggers are causing me trouble allready. The six of them beat my male badis badis to death then started eating him. I thought I have been feeding them enough. Now they have a tank to themselves.

There are enough fish in the ocean, I used to live there. Theres a large tropical fish importer in Latoka with 1000's of tanks but I dont know if they wil let you see.

Jeeze I dont know how many times I have told you this, The only rachovii I have sold are my original breeding pair. But I should have fry in a couple of weeks. -

I havnt even had any notho fry yet but have a heap of eggs. The only fish I have auctioned off are a few dwarf cockatoo's and some fish I wanted to get rid of.

I just paid for the pair and they are already breeding in the shop. Should have picked them up tomorow morning. I will try and get a picture.

I really dont know what happened to them, I was given 30 and when I went to move them to another tank there was 6. They are fish fry at only a few days old so I expected a few deaths. It was probably the bigger fry that ate them any way.

I just didnt want to end up with a whole lot of fish that shops wont buy because No customers buy them coz they are too expensive. I actully sold my notho's a while ago alan.

They were only red devils. I put them in a massive tank with a strong power filter. The survivers are in a small tank. I couldnt have looked after 30 any way.
