On the topic of tempreture changes. When I used to scuba dive there were always cold patches of water that kind of moved along. Kind of like a stream of cool water running through warm water. The fish and corals seemed fine in these cool spots. The difference in temp was atleast 5 degrees.

I think I am to. Its meat eaters, cats mainly thats poo doesnt make very good fertilizer

feed them white worms which have alot of fat. More eggs = more fry.

some are 6-8 months. ones i have are only about 16-20 weeks. It gets quite boring waiting for there incubation period to end.

All I know is that they are small, territorial and their very are absolutly tiny. Even some smaller fish might find them a good snack.

I just couldnt imagine nitrites and fish poo being good for plants.

Are by any chance your pot plants dead?

It should be at most LFS. I dont use it on my N. Rachovii eggs because they are hardly wet. But you should use it when keeping eggs submerged in water for a long period of time. It stops eggs getting fungus. Its the parents fault if they are sterile.

I bet that fish has a very good personality. After 10 times trying to teach it to let you pat it ,you will have no fingers left.
