Aqua one canister filter leaking when power is off

Try turning the intake off when the power is off and see if it still leaks. I put little amounts of Vaseline at all the connections to make sure it doesn't leak, and haven't had any problems. Also when I turn the power off I turn both the intake and out flow switch things off, and havn't noticed any leaking on mine. -
Looks/sounds like a cool thing to do, looking forward to seeing it go ahead, what would you be stockign it with?

This is the thread for posting pictures, it is old, but should give you some clues/places to start. AS for your questions I am sorry I dont have any answers for you. I have never had any problems growing java fern, but it does grow slower then some other plants.

I didn't think it was to hard to answer, just highlight the realavent answers and write a bit when I thought it needed to be clarified. Only thing is some of the questions didnt seem quite clear enough, or the multi choice answers didn't have the right answers.

Snails - not really a disease but certainly a pest!

Reduce the feeding, the main reason you get an outbreak is that there is over feeding/food left over for snails. And from the looks in the picture it looks like you have Malaysian trumpet snail that are harder for the fish to eat then other snails. -

It isn't a spoiler as it is all rumor, and the tv series has missed all the hints for it so far, so we could be horribly wrong

That is my opinion to, just waiting to learn that from howland reed or possibly but less likely Barristan Selmy, so many hints towards that being the correct parents.
