Yea man, I'm seriously considering it. Will be a pain to maintain and all the fish would jump out, but betta haven that's for sure.

Spaniels are hunting dogs. They need a lot of space and a lot of exercise. They have the typical eyes, ears, nose problems. They are also not a small / toy breed of dog. They are one of my fav dog breeds (Cockers that is; but this applies to Springers too). The King Charles Spaniel is a breed of dog that should be outlawed. Never can so many things go simultaneously wrong with the same animal!

Yeah, I like that one too. Way better than anything else. It looks great. I still think you should get an m series fluval heater instead of that eheim.

Yeah, I'm actually quite upset about it. These fish were awesome and ready to breed. There weren't any territorial fights either. I'll just have to pre condition the water like I used to with the old African tank.

I'd love to buy some... It's just so depressing. These fish were totally awesome. The sand I have in the tank is from wanganui, and raises the pH considerably. I think that a 20L change may have thrown that balance out of whack and the fish suffered in the end. Had the same problems when I had the dem/yellow tank and that's why I got rid of it. It's very very demoralising for me. :tears: I absolutely hate it!

Did a WC last night. 20L. Fish are either dead or dying this morning. This is exactly why I stopped keeping africans in the first place. The water in this house is just not suitable for them. I've had such a crap week and now this just makes it worse.

And a shellie can do that? wow. I like these fish more and more as the days go by!
