    Anyone else have these fish? I just brought a breeding pair off TM.

    I think the humidity should be fine....I have taken the heater out, her water is pretty fresh and I have a big lamp set up on top of her tank which is only on during the day. It does look like peeling skin but it could be cotton wool type if I'm paranoid lol!

    excuse the spelling, my two fish are geophagus brazliensis?? And I would like to breed them...but I have no idea how to sex them, if they are easy to breed etc...has anyone had experience with these? I would love to hear from you.

    Do turtles shed skin?? My wee res has like white fluffy stuff on her back feet and head and I'm worried that it might be fungus or something worse. I have given her tank a good clean...any ideas what this is???

    LOL, I had a good laugh when I scrolled down and saw your pic!! Wow that is amazing...and here I am worried that none will survive! I do have a lot of plants in the tank by the way. *still laughing*

    oh and has anyone had fry born into the community tank and had them survive? this tank has only guppies in it.

    One of my female guppies has a huge dark gravid spot, looks like she is ready to burst, the males are annoying the heck out of her so I have put her in a breeding tank, but how can I tell when she will have fry?? I'm new to this but have done a lot of reading. Her gravid spot looks so big and I can see little black dots in it??

    oh I think I have many plain, normal ones lol, those pics of the above guppies are gorgeous! I want ones that look like that

    I think she would be young, maybe 12mths or a bit older??

    lol, yeah okay a black frog with red eyes would be cool...and I'm sure my Whistling fella was a normal frog, he just showed his various camo colours a lot...show off lol!

    I agree with above poster, frogs change colour quite often according to their mood, surroundings etc. One of my Whistling ones used to almost go gold.

    Thanks, thats good to know. I gave the tank a good clean last night, but if I ever see them return I'll know not to freak out this time lol.

    I was feeding my fish every day, twice a day...obviously too much?? How often should I feed my tropicals?

    Thanks newfish, I was rather gutted as I am quite fussy about my tanks so when I saw little worms I was really grossed out!
