  1. i use a wetsuit and snorkel same principle as cleaning small tank, just takes longer
  2. hi smallfawnyoungcat the aviary on that site is only probably good for a few small finches, a pair of lovebirds or pair of budgies make sure you only have a small access to change food and water as birds are quick to escape probably cover 3 sides with a clear plastic as more shelter during winter they could be roll up ones looks like a small door at bottom for cleaning out floor you could put extra food and water on floor as well, just not under perches where birds poop

  5. hi jam, it might be feeling the effect of the seasons change and wanting to go into brumation - short hibernation they do. i currently run grass carpet with ours not sand, but others run sand with no problems if your concerned bring general temp of enclosure up a bit as he shouldn't be too cold to the touch what is nighttime temp and how long are your lights on for, what type are they ? there are some really good previous threads in the reptile section on here that cover beardie keeping go through those they will probably help as some of the posts are by some really experienced keepers

  22. its better in the dark or do you need to see the light brother good luck with the wiring dont leave any bits sticking out when you pull through the wires as they get stuck sometimes i have put tape around it to make it smooth before
