    hi guys, next monday is d day and council are pushing through our subdivision application, this will allow us to take up a bank offer with the BNZ council can't buy the land at the moment but may purchase later on when the charitable trust s running the place time frame is tight but the fingers and legs are crossed thanks to all who have helped

    rufus probably feels threatened by the interloper not only new boy on the block but smelling like a man is new cat marking his territory and making old cat feel threatened in his home fixing newcomer may work but will take a while for his manly smell to settle down getting rid of newcomer will work rufus may be punishing you all for letting another cat in

    when doing the plan factor in your worst case scenario there have been some good comments on here as to things that can go wrong you can do the best business plan, and other outside influences come along and pull it apart good luck and good management

    waiting on apoproval from council to arrive before the 15th judge was sympathetic but had to apply the law i didn't do bad for a circus clown:wink:

    Bad news is couldn't get an extension to the time frame good news is managed to get the 15 september confirmed as the cut off date only 12 days away though spent the day in a suit and tie, something i haven't done for many years had a friend along to offer support the injunction has managed to buy a little more time though this may allow a few plans to come to fruition thanks for thoughts and support guys and gals

    probably the only option in the circumstances ideally you would keep females and as said breed back to cooter and repeat process again to ensure as much cooter as possible in genetics
