Well the standard shapes are easy but it gets a bit harder with the odd shapes :lol:

put food in at both ends of the tank. bloodworms are great for making them huge mine love them my biggest are around 16cm + long
wrap a bit of filter wool around a air stone and put a rubber band around to hold it on and you will need something to weigh it down, it will clear it very fast. then just throw away the filter wool and your done
the glue is already on the rock they are stuck together already.
No i would not put that in the tank to many toxins in it. you will need to get different ones.
