Wilson if you are new then go with Kribs (they are awesome) if not then go with Rams they are also awesome but not quite as easy.

Kribs usually stay close to the bottom. If she has coloured up that is a breeding signal, do you have a male?

Silver Dollars apparently grow to 15 cms and eat plants and with a tank that size I think you should make sure you do not overstock.

No I waited for Gatito D. to pass on fish then went back to house for an hour to recap am now home and about to watch the dvd. (should be a good laugh).

Sharn have you checked which way the floor joists run ? As you have 460kg of water plus weight of tank plus weight of stand plus weight of people I am thinking it would be better to span as many joists as possible even if just for peace of mind. If tank is downstairs you could also get someone to pack underneath the house where the tank stands.

Yes Joze that is where I meant, I don't know where Hawkers Alley is and Waitahanui is only about 5k South of Taupo airport Quite a distance from the Molly pond. However I think Dave might have another location in mind and as long as the weather holds out I think we will have a great time wherever it is.
