I used to use a 23 litre with no worries. I have no substrate and do daily water changes to keep the floor clean.

I do like Dixon1990 says. Catch the female, put her in a tank of her own. She releases the fry and gathers them up again for a few days. During this time I feed brineshrimp. After shes released for the last time I leave her until shes had a couple of days of heavy feeding and then I put her back in the main tank and leave the fry in the smaller tank.

Get a filter that circulates the tank volume at least 4 times an hour. So a 110 litre tank needs a filter rated for 440 litre/hr or more.
