There will be in every tank that is not a Bare Bottom Tank, places that we cant Gravel Vac, that is normal, I recommend once a year, pulling the Tank apart and cleaning it. Otherwise Gravel Vaccing, along with water changes every week should be fine. As JarrenB said you need to have somewhere for the Plants roots to grow. Lynda

I use window tint on the sides of my Fish Tanks, cuts down the natural light so less algae too

I dont use the attachment Hubby made for me to go onto the Tap, for Water Changes, meaning taking the Water out of the Tank, always use my Gravel Vac for that, only use the Hose that attaches straight onto the Tap for refilling my Tank I'm sure using The Sypnoner that attaches onto the Tap, is fine if you are only wanting to take water out and put water back into your tank, no good if you are wanting to vaccum the gravel. I have 7 Discus so I like to Gravel Vac with every water change I do, which is every second day now, as I have asdded a few more Discus to my Tank :bounce: :bounce:

Never use Water Conditioner, never had any problems

What lovely looking girls you have I have 4 Sons, (Had 4 Boys in 5yrs) not all of them wanted to go to the Ball, so things could have been worse I guess, expense wise.

Hmmm, It's not only girls that are expensive when it comes to Ball time, can spend just as much on Boys at that time of the Year. With a New Suit, New Shoes, New Shirt, Tie, Haircut, Ticket for the Ball, then theres the after party :-?
