Discus really aren't that expensive if you get them off the right person I would highly recommend Discusguru (Ron), he has the most fantastic Fish and he is more then happy to help you with any problem that you may have with them :bounce: :bounce:

I've got 2 x CF1200's Clean them one every 4 months or so Doing 3 x 70% Water Changes on my Discus Tank a week so that probably helps. I would recommend you only clean them when the flow rate has slowed, or if it starts getting abit on the noisy.

I know what all my Discus are, it's just the last 3 Ron sent me, he never sent me the Types they were lol So he asked me to post so pics and he would let me know what they are I'm just pretending to know the 3 New Ones I got a few weeks back, even though I dont :roll:

I had the same problem with Mine, we are on a concrete floor too, we got a small piece of carpet and placed it under the foot that needed to be lifted up to make the Tank Level. Hubby placed a spade under the Fish Tank Cabinet to gently lift it up, while I put the piece of carpet under the Cabinet Foot. Worked a treat :bounce:

Another new one from Ron, nearly lost this Fella, he spent a week in the Hospital Tank recovering from the trip down from Auckland to Levin, spent 2 Days lying on the bottom of the Tank on his side, not looking good at all, he's looking good now though, Ron and I saved him

The really Dark One phoenix at the back is a Red Rose, the one towards the front is one of my new ones, I'm thinking it's a Blue Turk The Red Rose is probably the smallest of the lot but he's a right little piggy Yea I've checked the whole photobucket thing, photo's are 640 x 480

I'm trying to do a new Thread on my Discus Tank For some reason it keeps telling me that my photo's cant be any bigger than 640 x 640 The photo's I'm trying to post are 640 x 480, can anyone give me some info as to what I'm doing wrong :roll: I'm uploading these photo's from Photobucket Any help would be great

Once they get to the free swimming stage, pop them into a Tank on their own, you don't need to fill the Tank right up, only put 3-4 inches of water in, feed them up on Baby Brine Shrimp, do lots of water changes lots of feeding and they should be all good. I used to Breed Golden Angels, untill I lost Mum and Dad and all the Babys, still to this day dont know what happened to them :oops: Good Luck
