duboisi firefox?????????? Something new? Or is that Tropheus Duboisi and Tropheus Moorii (firefox)

No-Foxgloves looks really nice but no would never cross. Same as my Fryeri. Have my original lot my OOA which hes had for donkey years and got some of BOB THE BUILDER (think thats him). Both Fryeri but diff in colour. Look what happen with the last lot of Royal Blues that are kicking out 30%or so of so called albino's (with black eyes). To me thats stock I wouldnt touch. Just my thoughts.

It doesnt matter if it fits the discription of a peacock on a certain website. If it came thru the importers as Aul.Royal blue (as they do 99.9% of the time) it can only be called a royal blue. Ive had my strain for 10 odd years now and always breed true. I feed my blues a certain food but have given a mate of mine a batch of fry and 9months down the road i pop over to have a look at them and i get blown away. The blues i gave him are hugh and different colour then mine. Way i ask? because he feeds them nothing but trout pellets. Best to call the Aul.Stuartgranti, Royal Blues, Red Shoulder or Hans.B

Thats a good looking display tank. Love the rock work and the log. Drift wood always looks good in a display tank but i prefer not to use it in a malawi tank. Iam more into africans but those Nicaraguans are so cute and peaceful

Tropheus can be very frustrating but also can be rewarding. Ive had my ups and downs but you just got to stick at it and keep an eye on them every possible chance you have. At the mo my Tropheus Moori and Ikola are breeding well, not the biggest batches, but ok. T.Pembas showing activity now. T.Brichardi going thru the stages of breeding but no holding yet. T.Bula points just living. And my T.D (white band) male very lonely looking for a female.

Bugger. had 15 wrigglers but now down to 10. Alot harder to maintain then any other cichlid ive had from eggs. A real eye opener and learning curve

Got 4 males 8 females. Just lucky as i got them as fry. Just striped my female and got 15 fry with egg sacks still. Bit early i think oh well will see if they do well.

My Fronts are about 3yrs now and have had females holding for about 5 days then nothing. The last couple of months have had one batch of three fry and have another females at about 20 days. My group of 12 are housed with Aul. Ruby reds and Red Empress and are all doing well except the Ruby reds arent holding more then 5-6 days which is a disappointment. Not due to harrassment but I think infertile. All my fish including my Tropheus and Fronts get fed Nutrafin Max so mixing them wouldnt matter. But if your Tropheus just get fed a Vege diet then dont mix them as the Fronts diet would suffer

I guess they would ask a millions questions when you turn up. It isnt hard to pick a amateur. If I was you "sandyme" I would start off with small juv's as its half the fun watching them grow and cheaper on the pocket. This way you can spend the rest of your money on alcohol
