  1. lmnop is not a word though lol.
  2. Cheers dude, I'm a financial member of fnzas so will look into getting someone around like Jim to verify it.
  3. By blue apistos do you mean Apistogramma trifasciata? If so probably not especially if you are adding females to the mix. The key to keeping different apisto breeds together is lots of territories and as different looking to each other as possible. It's all about body shape, if they look too much alike they seem to clash more.
  4. My apisto trifasciata female is raising over 60 freeswimming fry as well, they've been freeswimming for nearly a week now and growing fast. How do I go about registering a successful breeding?
  5. Right is right! The rest of you guys just haven't evolved as far as us right handed people.
  6. +1 I have some growing in my 70 ltr and it's going crazy with only 16 watts of light.
  7. Wahoo, add another 9 Apistogramma Cacatouides to my collection. Hopefully I get some females from this batch!
  8. that's a pretty small hole though and I would think a pretty cheap quality bit. I would definitely be practicing on some off cuts first.
  9. What a bully Sophia! I think you should track her down and apologize as you may have ruined her life, she may be really afraid of twink now and it may affect her everyday life! Haha.
  10. Setting up another tank, this one is 120ltr. Using it to grow out some cockatoos then probably another planted tank might actually spend some time scaping it this time round.
  11. 35ltr is not really big enough for those fish mate, all of them will quickly outgrow it.
  12. How much Epsom salt did you add per ltr to the aquarium?
  13. Wow really, most books I read when I started fishkeeping advise it, saying that, most are from the 80's so I guess it is probably out dated now.
  14. I just freeze them, then feed them to the neighbourhoods stray cat population hoping that they might pass some disease on that will prevent them crapping in my gardens!
  15. Good job dude, beautiful looking discus well done!
  16. Hey Simon, discus are going good still haven't separated the pair yet been so much happening being this time of year. Adding to that I have another bunch of cockatoo's arriving this week that will require more time lol I am pretty busy. I will get there though just need to buy a reliable heater and another sponge filter and I will give it a serious go breeding them, probably next term break.
  17. I would think in a tank that deep you best bet would be metal halide lighting dude, especially being marine?
