    white spot

when you det any disease you have to look at why your fish got sick in the 1st place, eg check temp, ph, ammonia , have you put knew fish in? have the fish been stressed, new fish food, sprays, anything new put in the tank. with white spot it is common at this time of year because of the cold weather, turning your temp up does help stop getting it also not doing big water changes. but because you have it turn your temp up to 28 remove carbon if you us it (i do not like carbon so i would use it unless you really have to) i would have use white spot cure , tonic is not a good thing to use and i dont think it should be sold but thats just how i feel haha turn your light off as much as you can as that does help with white spot oh and also if your fish are sick they dont eat as much so cut down the feed.

    Why is my water

gravel, driftwood and rocks all play a part in ph!! alot of people use brightwater gravel because its cheap and they like the gray colour, but it goes down to a low ph of 6 sometimes even 5 i dont know if this is the gravel you are using but that could be the reason, as Pegasus said oyster shell works well but it only lasts for 6months so do check your ph, when you first use it check it daily because it can go sky high!

you can put some more in if you want i have 20 catfish in a tank that size , they do the house work for me hehehe, great pic did you save the babies? a tip i do with the eggs is get a bit of glass and slide it over the eggs so they have room to hatch out but most fish cant get to , it works for me

    water dragons

Australian i wish they were Asian Greens but they are so sooooooooo cute!!! i had 2 left but they are now sold , they are the last of the season so no more till feb next year bearded dragons are in some ways better as they can be keeped in 4ft tanks but the guy that breeds them only sells males as they have 100+ eggs a year, with the water dragons they sell both sexs and because they only have 4-12 eggs a time they are happy to get the breed going, the 2 i have just sold are a pair, i have them in the shop until wednesday. this years price was $1500 each but next year might be different fingers crossed
