If you try it with thread, by the time it has decintergrated it will be attached also if you use nylon when the time comes to remove it you will probably be not able to find it anymore :lol:

It also depends on the father, e.g if you see fry disappearing take him out if not leave him in and the female should be removed as he no longer sees her as a mate but as a threat

Try some java fern , I was looking at a really cool setup with some different plants that were emersed in it and it looked cool, (it even showed you how he got them to grow emersed) except I cannnot remember where I found it errr ANd yes it does sound right

The black neons at the lps that are quite a bit older are about 8cm and the black line on them has kinda turned into a smudge (and it's only these ones)

It's quite common in new tanks, my ones got a little bit in it at the moment The causes are: Not enough light Low oxygen levels And excess silicates and nitrates (otos and plecos will eat it as well)

Any smaller crypts and anubias would be fine(as anubias is a bog plant :roll: ) http://www.fnzas.org.nz/fishroom/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=40069 and something like those would be good for water flow

where does he get those rocks from I like the 50l one, if we do end up doing the glass tank i have my idea no one will ever guesss what it is :bounce: I still like the original idea though of the 40l and under off the shelf tank
