The 4 compartments would be fine mine have 10x20x25cm each with 2 girls to a compartment so far there not complaining

I got a better look today at them and compared to the rhizoids in the pics they seem way larger (1 is about a cm long) and with a definite bud like thing on the end......

they dont really look like that and are way more red than that, not quite so tiny and a definite bud like thing on the end I got it from hff about 3-4 weeks ago

They are like tiny stalks with a small red buddish thing on the end... Anyone know what they are?? they are also tiny lil fings so dont bother asking for a picture :roll: (but if my sister diddnt have 2 take the good camera to uni :evil: )

I started planting today So far i have: Ambulia Some kind of Hygrophila(My memory eludes me) Java moss and java fern and a piece of driftwood Theres a 20x15cm bit on the bottom right corner where i want to stick some king of crypt but have no idea of what kind, alough i don't mind the look of wendtii (spelling?)

Yay I have running water After two mishaps (managing to hit a glass onto thew floor thinking "NOOO!!!!!!~!!" as I was watching it fall to the ground and almost flooding 40l of water on floor as i had not sealed the external filter properly :roll: and a blonde moment of attaching the intake and outake tubes the wrong way :roll: :roll: The water is running and the heater is working YAY Bring on the plants and fish

Most things in our pet shop here are abit more than other places, it's starting to add up atm (3.6k for a 6ft stand, tank and driftwood ) Although I would love it -.-

It's true that once there over a certain age they start to lose there fertility, although she should be still alright (I think)

Turns out I also can't clean gravel i slowly poured enough water into the tank to cover the wood and 'poof' more dust appears :roll: another 5/6 more rinsing's did the trick Haha I have 3 tanks in my room including a bare bottomed one and I'm now starting to get annoyed at everyone for going into my room to see the babies and the parents Going to the petshop soon (yus) hopefully i can get everything I need to get it ready!!

I have a spawn that is 5weeks 3 days old except they seem to be growing really slow apart from one that is probably 1 and a half times bigger than the next biggest one how old are your honey gourami babies and any chance of some pics (Please )

We had(note I said had) a cow that followed my brother round when he was helping my dad feed hay to them... I think we're having it for dinner tonight YUM!!! :lol:
