Hey all, everybody who owns an arowana post it on here, pics would be nice silvers, jars, blacks, asians... all are nice. Personally, I have kept a silver until it was around 30cm, but didnt have the tank to keep it to full size. Now I own a Jardini, he has grown 1.5cmish since easter day (when i got him), now hes around 10cm in my 6ftr. Cant really post pics, too small at this stage and camera is too weak, but he is showing nice red colour on the fins and is starting to have crescents on the scales, really anticipating his full colour.

Actually, its just that silvers are depressed all the time

Hes an AT, my favourite type except for maybe a NGT (cue Morcs ), yeah, I like it how they only get to about a foot, makes them manageable. NO he is DEFINATELY NOT in with the Jar, he would so kill it, Jar is 9.5cmish, I want it to grow!! come on! :roll:

Well, i had my Clown knife for sale (had about 13 spots on each side), traded it for a beasty 9inch AT, so much larger than I thought, literally a solid steak on this fella! I prefer the American tigers when they are unstable, they look like bass/perch/barramundi, and dont get too big either. Anyways, some pics Yeah 8)

Yeah, he used to be shy, now he rushes up to the glass to see me Eats very well, but still hard to photograph, hes about 3inches now. Sens are growing QUICK, rate of growth is very good, prob wont sell the guy who is biggest atm, very endearing. Hey, I checked out a version of the senegal bichir on the net; turkana senegal bichir grows to 20inch, same colour as a sen/dark grey and has the head of a delhezi = so cool.
