Looking awesome man, building tanks this big becomes so much more of a project I'd imagine. Comapred to the last 'big' tank you did was there anything you did differently?
The true ST has a a deeper body too, far more solid from what I have seen in pics. Easy to distinguish when they are massive.

Ctenopoma will be fine in that tank. All the species of bichir except ornate will be fine. Smaller eel varieties. Pantadon butterfly fish. Chocolate cats. More pictus the better. Black ghost knife.
