I wouldn't put them back - dad might object and eat them all. I'd leave the ones he has with him, and try to raise the others yourself. I'd start feeding as soon as you can see their yolk sac absorbed. The net isn't large enough for them to be sucked out through the net is it? Good luck!

My angels spawned again today, and I'm hoping that they'll be able to get the wigglers past about 10hrs old. My female ram is slowly getting fatter and fatter, and the male is very intent on chasing her and courting. I did a big w/c on the ram rank this evening, so hopefully they'll spawn next week when I do another w/c.

Sometimes girls can get bristles, but not when they're only 6m/o. Boys get a strip of bristles on the top of their face, girls only have the AJ from Backstreet Boys look...like around the edge of their face. Not all girls get bristles - in my experience, not many do.

Cube Runner is great, ESPN Cameraman is my fav at the moment, Debugger is pretty cool too. Namco has done an awesome Tetris and pacman too...I only really like the free ones - they're pretty good despite costing nothing. In saying that, I have a few paid apps (Texas hold'em, Cromag rally, Crash racing). Can you tell I only like the games!!

My bf has finally got into the idea of having fish (awesome, because I have 8 tanks and have had them for a year...) but he wants fighters. I don't like the idea of having a tank with one little lone guy, and have had a look online, but there's lots of contradictory information on there. So; what can fighters live with? Do they really fight? Can I keep multiple of each sex together, or mix sexes?

Heaps of people have axies, so they must have some kind of appeal. Not for me though - when I was little, our class had one, and I vividly remember it biting me....

Is this the first time it's done this? Often you can get a low pH if your tank is overstocked (even with often water changes), but your tank doesn't look overstocked. I'd do another w/c and keep them up for a few days. Your tap water pH hasn't changed has it?

What's the substrate? Could it be that? What's the filter? Has it been cleaned recently?

OK, so it's a gross looking brain eating fungus....but what else does it do?

I usually do 50% once a week, or 25% twice a week - more on highly stocked tanks or fry tanks. Of course, I know some people who don't change any water in their tanks - but this only works if your tank is perfectly balanced. In your situation, I'd be doing lots of 20% water changes - every second day. How big is your tank and how long has it been up and running? What else do you have in it?
