  1. dont cut the pieces - instead place them higher up in the tank. put real rocks under it or layered gravel or something like that.
  2. don't you even think of putting your prices up rockwork
  3. small immediate family - mum, dad, brother and I - but presents add up - household stuff - pets, other family..... lol on a more selfish note - the tax advantages of donations are good so you may as well. plus we have all we NEED. its only fair that orpahns and poor kids from asia and africa should have the essentials. I'd hate to think how some kids grow up without a stuffed toy or basic clothes, nutritious food etc..... they would however get me a couple of fish or something, lol.
  4. rockwork, still not got the mail you can try emailing it to [email protected] or [email protected] :bounce: Thanks!
  5. itll be easy ... just remember all movies have the appearance vs. reality theme, lol...
  6. lol thats exactly what i said in one of my "If i owned NZ" speech.... permits for kids and pets.
  7. you got that right! I get so angry when i see badly trained guard dogs / dogs that are blamed by owners who need more training than the dog itself. i mean if someone cant train a certain breed of dog then they shouldn't be allowed to have that breed or similar.
  8. supercharger any day. My old 3000GT made 380bhp 4wd without the 24psi boost. loads of fun. Rotary or Pistons?
  9. to guard a property? keep pesky nosey parkers out of it? lol my whole life i grew up with ppl wanting to know every little detail of the internal workings of my family. 2 danes and several subordinate dogs later - n0 more! lol AMY - lol... i know what you mean about expensiveness. lol... pretraining the dogs were USD15k. my dogs never minded kids - then again we never had kids around the house.... they'd destroy everything, lol
  10. i was just accused of being a maxophile a couple of days ago - when i was ranting about the koenigsegg ccxr to friends at a party. i assure you my feelings for cars do not go down that path, lol....
  11. we never bought x mas presents in my family. instead mum and dad would calculate what presents would cost and then donate it all to charity. usually amounted to a one off donation of about 10-15k - made us all feel a lot happier knowing that some poor kid out there was getting a warm blanket or a teddy to snuggle up to.

lol i work at the palmy store occasionally so always manage to get what i need and what other ppl need, ask them to fill in the customer order sheet - they should take your details (and the ISC code).
  13. yep... that sounds about right. none of our dogs will eat food from anyone without the approval of a family member. the danes - Zeus and Poseidon lead the pack and the others follow behind.very good guard dogs - have had no unwanted visitors on the property for about 5 years now.
  14. love the clowns! amazing!
  15. oh noes =( is there a way you can make the babies sterile so cannot be bred? im just very very keen to see what they will look like! lol
  16. kadango + giraffe? what will the kids look like? hopefully got the same pattern as a giraffe but red! :bounce: lol
  17. yeah man that was me... how is that giraffe btw? still alive i hope?? l
  18. ryan, you must teach me more about the african fish - especially the haps and peacock species. :bounce:
  19. lol... should chuck a few more names in there for good measure. ive seen these sold as electric blues. when I asked why and how they were electric blues - I was told by an angry know it all that the fish were clearly electric blue in colour and so must be elec. blues.
  20. the ice blue (greysheki spelling??? ) is light blue with a yellow top fin for the males.
  21. its definitely what ryan said it is. blue zebra. cool looking fish though.
  22. a year and a half? damn that sucks man... lol how are those pics looking?
  23. i second not getting the very small clowns. the mortality rate for them is very high, and the skinny ones will eventually wither away (that's what usually happens). youre better off buying the slightly larger, fatter clowns.
