Deionised water contains no free ions. Distilled water is collected from a cold plate by boiling water and collecting the water that forms from the vapour.

Maybe not life glo but the powerglo would be great. The life glow will kinda take the zing away..

My insurance company could care less if I had one tank or 10. Just as long as the overall dollar value cover is sufficient. Get a good insurance company and one that doesn't make you specify silly stuff like a fish tank or 10. -

I have a 7kg bottle that costs $49 to fill up once every 6-7 odd months.

Juviniles shouldn't sell for more than $5 each. It's criminal to sell them for more given they breed like rats. When I had my babies they were breeding in a few months! Also better off with Juvis so they can form their own colony, but not so much of an issue if they are going into a new tank, but there will be some scraps.

You could just fill the tank a little wee bit more and then there wont be a water line gap. It's kinda making me lose sleep at the moment.
