Yep. Wood pigeon alright. Vets won't charge a penny for it, and massey PN may even take it down here if it's strong enough to make the trip.

highly doubt it'll be legal as a pet if it's a wood pigeon, but the vets will take it off your hands immediately.

You need to buy powerglos if you want good light and plant growth. That is Echinodorus argentinensis which will grow far too large for most tanks we have here.
