  1. I admire your dedication. Assignments didn't seem that important when i was your age. I will finish my bourbon and think about what other tank i can throw these chocolates into
  2. You don't sound that positive. I would hate to loose $1000 of dwarf plecs By the way, I see that you are 21 Aren't you supposed be out on the turps with your mates on a friday night
  3. I have just got 2 chocolate talking catfish approx 5cm in size. I have put them in with my treasured dwarf plecs for a week or so until I get the next new tank sorted. I have read that chocolates can be quite aggressive and carnivorous. Do I need to worry about chocolates of this size??

  11. Maybe you dont need to replace it. Why not just silicone a new piece over the top of the existing bottom. It will never be seen once its covered in gravel.
  12. Ive had mine for about six months now. The primer pump works great so i never have the priming issues that i have with the my other cf 1200's. I love the quick release toggle for the inlet and outlet hoses complete with non return valves, its way better than the aqua one screw on method and flimsy taps. Mine even arrived with all the seals greased and ready to go. Buy it, you wont be disappointed.
  13.   Gota love that mans sense of humor.
  14. Ive got one. Its the model with the uv lamp built into it. Its very quiet, eazy to prime. well priced. no compaints at all
  15. Yep. The signs of healing have only appreared since the TE mix has been added, I not not sure if it coincidence or a combination of treatments and time.
  16. I added oyster shells and cuutlefish bone a few weeks ago when the syptoms first started to show. At the same time I also started to vary his diet including snails ( he spits out the crickets). I have been adding trace element mix for about a week. ( about a pinch every water change) Over the last few days black cobweb has started to form over the wounds. It looks like we are on the right track. I am hoping that we are well on the way to a natural remedy for HITH without the use of antibiotics and wormers. Thank you all for your advise. Updates to follow.
  17. Can't you tell? I'm the prize stud
